Right now... everything is changing - the Scientific Revolution and the information age has plummeted all of us into unprecedented change in every area of our lives!

Change is happening everywhere -- especially in the Church! Ministers and believers must begin to rightly discern where we are going. During this time of extraordinary change, we need wisdom to know what is next! Let's not keep going round and round on the endless farris wheel ride of same-ol'  ministry. The Church is at a critical time.

EVERYTHING must change.

Revolution is coming to the Church! Revolution is a "sudden revolt, a fundamental change in power, or overthrow in government, social structure, or society. It is a circling back to original intention. It is to establish a new system and transform society." America was founded in revolution.

Everyone knows that the Church is changing. What worked before, just isn't as effective as it was. But, where are we going? What will happen in this revolution?

Thousands have left the traditional church... while the rest sit idly by like blind Bartamaus, tired of listening to unexamined tradition that has been taught for centuries.

For sure, we know that believers are earnestly looking for "MORE." They want to see the real deal and gather with real people. They want to actually experience God at church, in their lives, and at work. People are tired of the "hype." They are more than tired of the false pretenses and "evang-elastic" words.

Our assignment is not to find fault or criticize what has gone on before. We've learned from the recent mistakes of inaccurate emphasis and imbalances. Revolution demands that we consider the global transformation of thinking. We must engage in the needs of current reality.

It is time for the release into a new season of believing and leading. NOW must be the time when Church leaders appraise global situations and then leap forward to empower a generation with purpose and destiny.

Hebrews speaks of external regulations applying until the time of the NEW ORDER (9:6). The Message Bible says this present system of the church is essentially a temporary arrangement until a complete overhaul could be made. This Kingdom Revolution demands that the NEW ORDER come forward.

This New Order emerged from a sequence of reformations that now create a new kind of Church. Revolution exchanges outdated language to that of exciting words of passion and destiny that bring forth new LIFE.

What is this NEW Order that revolution demands of this Future Church? It is a "new order" of diversity, wisdom, knowledge, and stability.

We must meet the challenge of our changing world without sacrificing the sacred.

Truth doesn't ever change. God never changes. But, as our understanding of God and Truth progresses, then our capacity for greater perspective increases and changes.

We must begin to lead with new understanding and new relevance in order to create an environment where the unique potential of each individual can be actualized.

People will follow an ethical leader(s) who release(s) them.

Church leaders have the opportunity to model ethical, decent, honest, reliable, and principled behavior. Leaders must have fundamental integrity. Paul was able to say FOLLOW ME AS I FOLLOW CHRIST. Leaders must have credibility. They must be Trustworthy. They must truly care. Effectiveness IS dependent upon character.

We must replace the hierarchical system of Church Government -- and construct a more democratic leadership that includes everyone participating at differing levels.

Importantly, this revolution must have accurate historical scholarship and emphasis that it is current and applicable. We must be open to new ongoing Truth. It is all about discovering what God intended to say, not what people over the centuries have decided that He said.

REVOLUTION demands that future Church leaders begin "Breaking the Stained Glass Ceiling" of past outdated and incorrect theology.

The church must rethink fundamental issues, guiding principles, and ways of conducting services. Over the next decade, the Church must respond to cultural and civic changes.

This is what believers are looking for! Let's join the revolution!
