Our lives, our ministry, our future can be immediately affected by our decisions concerning this subject.
In the past, I've spent a lot of time studying the idea of energy in the Bible (I wrote a lot about Divine energy in my Connecting book). And now I find out more about how actual energy can also be significantly produced in our bodies by our choices of foods.
It isn't easy! But it works. It's MIRACLE PH!
Have you ever lost weight and gained it back? It was shocking to me to find out that it isn't really about calories -- it's about the acidity of our body. Acids in your bloodstream go directly to the weakest part of your body. Body fat seems to save lives and cause your survival. That's because fats surround your vital organs to protect your body from the acids. Stress also causes more acid. Extreme exercise also produces more lactic acids. All this causes more weight gain.
Bottom line: Every human body runs on electrical energy. Foods need to be the kind that provide electrical energy - that's alkaline foods. You should avoid excess foods that take away from electrical charges. Lifeless food won't bring energy charges. Alkaline foods cause our weight to normalize automatically.
Particularly fascinating scientific information tells us that food actually provides the alkaline you need. Ionized water, green drink, tomatoes, avocados, cucumbers, all green vegetables, raw almonds, and coconut milk are some of your best choices. Fresh water fish is allowed in small portions. You want to start out eating at least 80% alkaline foods and no more than 20% of your normal diet. Less if possible. Alkaline foods release endorphins that strengthen your alkaline balance.
It's a good idea to get PH strips to see what your body PH is now. Ideally, your body and blood should be 7.365 PH. Remember that the Scripture tells us that the LIFE is in the Blood. Life is energy. One or two points of variance in body/blood PH causes death. Your body tries to compensate for excess acid.
To try to quickly sum all this up: Red blood cells ideally function with negative electrical charge to keep them from sticking together. Acid is positively charge that causes less oxygen into to your system - therefore, your blood clumps together and becomes like sludge. Acids build up and aches and pains result especially in joints.
Acid foods and negative emotions break down our bio-chemistry into acidic responses. Emotions such as anger, resentment, and frustration can release negative charges. Environmental pollutions are acidic. Animal proteins is acid. Sugar and processed carbohydrates are acidic. Bacteria, yeast, and mold are all dangerous and build acids. Foods like these can mis-shape the cells. Radiation may also disturb your magnetic fields. Irritation can cause the mutation of cells. Cancer cells strive and adapt to live anywhere in this acidic environment. Diabetes thrives in acidic environments.
If your blood is not at 7.365, it tires to access alkaline. If unavailable, your body will gather fat and cholesterol to protect your body from acids. Problems with high cholesterol reduces with alkaline diets.
You body tries to store alkaline in reserve to help out. If this alkaline empties, there are lots of health problems.
Shrinking from old age is due to calcium depletion stealing from acidic bones.
Each organ requires energy (frequency) in megahertz in order to function. For example, the heart needs 70 megahertz. Stomach 58. Green vegetables provide up to 80-90 megahertz. Green drinks can give you up to 200 megahertz. You need to store up energy so that it will be there when you need it.
The chemistry of hemoglobin and chlorophyll is almost identical. The only difference is that the central atom in hemoglobin in iron and in chlorophyll it is magnesium.
