Please note: We cannot guarantee that we will match or beat any price, but we will try our best. We are not responsible for prices that are typographical errors, closeout offers, discounted merchandise, "not normally in stock items," and other special circumstances/offers. We at SWORD Ministries are committed to your satisfaction and we will try our best to give you the best price.
If you order products from us (especially those other than books), please check your order promptly upon receipt.
· Damages/shortages must be reported to us within 8 days of receipt of order. All damaged items due to delivery should be claimed through UPS or the postal service first.
· Unfortunately, we are unable to send call tags
If you need to return merchandise, please be aware that:
· Returned items must have their original labels, and be folded and packed in the original packaging.
· Unless the return is due to an oversight on our part, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for regular stock items and 20% for specialty orders. Custom orders are non returnable.
· Seasonal items are not returnable after the season. Please anticipate your needs.
· Items that were special ordered (not pictured on our site) or personalized may not be returned.
· All items listed in our Overstock department are deemed as final sale as the price of these items are usually below cost.
These products are not easily returned as they do not come from US.
If the item arrives back to us damaged due to poor packaging, then no credit will be issued. So please make sure to re-package it appropriately. The package should be sent to our mailing address we give you at the time of your email contact.
If for any reason, you feel there is an error in charge on your credit card after a purchase is received, please email us stating your claim.
We deal with honest companies, but at times we too can make a mistake. Almost 100% of the time we resolve your conflict to your 100% satisfaction. Please do not dispute the charge with your credit card company simply because this is a very time consuming and costly procedure resulting in a long wait period to receive your possible credit and additional unnecessary charges.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior consent or invalid reason, there will be a $25 re-charge fee that is levied by the credit card processing company to your account.
What does it cost to ship?
Firstly, all orders are not charged until actual shipment. Your credit card is only authorized after the online order is processed and shipping established. We offer the best possible discounted shipping prices via UPS, EMS Express and International Registered air mail. The base price for any package is $7. So it usually pays to add many small items in one order for the same shipping price. Our shipping schedule is a value based system as follows

For some specialty items requiring crating (eg: Large Display Menorahs, Synagogue furnishings) as well as items that are bulky, the shipping charge may be adjusted accordingly to your Credit Card.
Occasionally, a large or heavy order may require additional shipping. In these cases, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge. We will try to notify you the customer of the required change by email.
We ship to USA
We reserve the right to call you. We also reserve the right to request Photo ID, A Card Statement fax and issuing bank phone number to verify your identity. We have strict anti-fraud safeguards in place, and will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders. We report all fraud to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center at http://www.ic3.gov/.
Please be aware that our servers may record the unique IP address that a browser transmits when ordering which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify a person committing credit card fraud, even if that person does not provide his or her real name.
Please keep in mind that orders can be delayed around the holidays, and international orders are often held in customs for several days.
What is your shipping time ?
For products other than books, your orders will ship on a timely via Regular UPS mail within or to the USA usually takes anywhere from 2 - 8 days to arrive, while Express shipping will arrive in 1 - 3 business days as per request.
Packages shipped from Israel all have a tracking number as well and arrive within 7-15 business days. The shipping costs from Israel will be adjusted accordingly.
Many times, packages arrive earlier than these guidelines. Note: when an item is back ordered or specially made, it will take longer. Orders placed after 4PM Monday through Thursday will be processed next business day. Orders placed after 12PM Friday will be processed the following Monday. There are no weekend shipments.
If there are any products that are back-ordered, the total order value will be shown on your Credit Card and the packing slip that is included with your shipment
We will try to send you an email confirmation with every order and a tracking link.
It is just like sending a package from the U.S. to anywhere (even within the US) via regular air mail- there is no specific tracking information.
However, we do send all packages via Registered Air Mail, which means we receive a tracing number and proof of delivery. That way, if a package should get lost by the postal service (either one), we can confirm that it did not reach the recipient, and can put a claim on it. Please allow the allotted time to arrive.
If for whatever reason, you receive a shipment requiring additional shipping or duty charges to be paid above our charges, please accept the charges and then email us and let us know. We will gladly review the charges with you and resolve liability. Sometimes, you may have to pay unanticipated charges for duty or additional shipping – however, this is not the norm.
You paying these charges, avoids losing the package and additional charges to us.
All items are deemed delivered if the company of delivery confirms the package has been delivered.
If a customer deems the package un-received , the onus is on the customer to mediate with the Postal Service and prove otherwise.
If a package was attempted delivery, and a notice received to pick up the pacakge at a local outlet. Failure to do so, will cause the package to be sent back to us.
In this case, we will re-send the package and re-charge you for the shipping again.
